Our in-home, online auctions are best suited for client's who have downsized and are taking a small percentage of the household contents to their new residence, or for executors of an estate who need to sell off all the household contents in order to settle an estate.
We would come to your home and begin to organizing all of the items for sale. Ideally, you should already have gone over your belongings and decided which items you’re going to keep, sell, or pass on to other relatives.
All the household contents would be organized, furniture measured, photographed and cataloged with a detailed description.
Our online auctions usually run for about 10 days, this gives the seller lots of exposure across a broad market. It also gives the bidders an opportunity to research out the items they wish to bid on and make appropriate arrangements for picking up their purchases.
All viewing and bidding is held online, and only the prepaid winning bidders are given the exact address to pickup their purchases under our supervision.
We're responsible for keeping your home and items safe, and collecting the funds from the winning bidders.
